Government enforcers - military & other agencies - are those primarily responsible for all the harm done in current and past wars (including those not declared). Those who actually support the enforcers carry some responsibility too, but much less.
The hundreds of thousands of ordinary soldiers, marines, sailors and airmen are the ones doing the actual harm - most of it per order of their non-coms, officers and high command including the President. Do you think that the high command generals, admirals and the President are going to go out in the field and enforce their own orders to fire the guns, tanks, missiles, to set the traps/bombs, deploy the drones or even do the maintenance and repair on the various equipment used? No way!
Without troops willing to follow the orders given "from above" to do physical harm in various locations outside the boundaries of the US itself - rather than protect the borders from actual *invaders*, the entire militaristic moves of Obama's administration's continuation of Bush's (and all the previous ones back through the 20th century) would fall apart.
The solution to the "terrorism" is for US government to quickly get troops & other of its enforcers (covert & overt) out of all non-US geographical areas, Iraq & Afghanistan at the top of the list. The same troop-removal process goes for other governments, world-wide. There would then be little if any "terrorism" aimed at citizens of other countries. Consider the sparse amount of terrorism (if any at all) aimed at Swiss citizens...
Everyone should never forget that the troops themselves are the key to stopping or starting any war! Self-Responsibility is that of each person in all his/her actions - this video is a powerful reminder of just that fact.
This video is completely biased... Where are the pictures of the suicide mother holding her child as she blows herself up as the US Convoy passes? Where is the list of 3,000+ plus dead from the 9/11 attack? Where are the pictures of the training camps that KIDNAP children and brutally beat them in to child soldiers????? The US may not be Iraq for the right reason, but let us NEVER FORGET that the US is the good guy in this battle..

As for the accusation that the vid is "biased", I think you are completely off the mark since it clearly depicts the physical and emotional suffering by US troops (and their family/friends) as well as objects of their physical harm doing - other individual human beings. The question asked of the viewer is, "Who is rendering "terror" in this area of the world that is clearly not the USA?"
For me the American soldiers' problem is that they believe that they are just killing zumbis (http://sithan.multiply.com/journal/item/440/AMERICA_THROUGH_THE_MOVIES ).
The definition of zumbis is easy. Any one that is not American or that it doesn't bend for the Americans (and don't have atomic bombs to play in the USA) they are zumbis.
